Careers

Currently, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum is accepting applications for the following positions:  

  • Customer Service Positions: Security and Visitor Service Representatives
  • Public Services Assistant - Job No. 1206: The Public Services Assistant reports to the Public Services Librarian and is responsible for assisting in general public services functions of the Library and Archives.
  • Sales Assistant – Job No. 1210: The Sales Assistant reports to the Special Events Manager and Director of Sales and is responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Sales Department.
  • Vice President of Development – Job No. 1211: The Vice President of Development reports to the President and CEO and is responsible for planning and administering the strategic direction of all fundraising programs of the Museum.
  • Accounts Payable Assistant - Job No. 1301: The Accounts Payable Assistant reports to the Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator and is responsible for processing payment requests including:  reviewing and coding invoices, entering payment data into the A/P system, assuring proper authorization on all invoices and other payment requests, canceling appropriate documents upon payment, filing completed voucher packages and running bi-weekly check runs as appropriate.
  • Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator - Job No. 1302: The Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for performing all duties associated with the accounts payable function, the accurate and timely processing of payroll for non-exempt staff; preparation of standard journal entries as part of the monthly close process; and reconciliation of certain accounts. The AP/Payroll Coordinator oversees the Accounts Payable Assistant as it related to the processing of payables.
