The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is currently accepting applications for the following customer service positions:

Security Representative

Responsibilities include monitoring the Museum to ensure a safe and secure environment, providing superior visitor service and accurate information about the Museum. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of six months experience in a highly visible security position or criminal justice/law enforcement training preferred. CPR and First-Aid training is highly desired. We offer full and part time positions as well as seasonal positions (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and the ability to work rotating shifts and on short notice. Must have reliable transportation. Employment is contingent upon the ability to successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen and a reference check.

Visitor Service Representative

Responsibilities include providing superior visitor service by assisting visitors and providing accurate information about the Museum. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. One to three years customer service experience; front-line hospitality experience preferred, excellent interpersonal communication, bi-lingual capabilities helpful. We offer full and part time positions as well as seasonal positions (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and the ability to work rotating shifts and on short notice. Must have reliable transportation. Employment is contingent upon the ability to successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen and a reference check.
