You have two options to register for an On The Road videoconferencing program.

Printable Registration
Download a registration form (in MS Word format). Once you download the file you can do one of two things:
- Open the file and complete the form electronically. Once completed you must save the file to your hard drive and send it as an email attachment to education@rockhall.org
- Open the file and print it. Once you have filled out the form in pen you can fax it to 216.515.1931.
