For events with 20 – 2,500 people

Thank you for your interest in the world’s only Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Please refer to our facility rental options below as you complete this reservation form.
Rock Star Rental - Entire Museum (20 – 2,500ppl)	Available throughout the year Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings between 6:30pm - 2am. Standard rental is 7pm – 11pm. Saturday evenings are not available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Backstage Pass Rental - Café (75ppl) or Ground Lobby (125ppl)	Available throughout the year from 5pm – 9pm on Wednesday evenings. Available on Saturday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Eat-To-The Beat Meeting Space – Meeting Room on the 3rd Level (20ppl)	Available during regular Museum operating hours Monday – Sunday. Regular Hours 10am – 5:30pm daily and 10am – 9pm Wednesdays. Summer Hours (Memorial Day – Labor Day) 10am - 5:30pm Daily 10am - 9pm Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Rock Around the Clock Meeting Space – 4th Floor Theater (164ppl)	Available prior to Museum public hours Monday – Sunday between 7am and 10am only.
