The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum regularly hosts three signature fundraising events each year. Proceeds from these fundraisers support the educational programs at the Museum.
The ultimate honor in rock and roll is bestowed upon artists each spring. The 2016 Inductees are Cheap Trick, Chicago, Deep Purple, Steve Miller, and N.W.A in the Performer Category. The Ahmet Ertegun Award for Lifetime Achievement Inductee will be awarded to Bert Berns.
It's Only Rock and Roll Benefit has been called the “Party of the Year” in Cleveland. We are excited to announce 2016 Inductee Cheap Trick will headline this year's It's Only Rock and Roll Benefit. Past benefit concerts have featured Inductees Daryl Hall, John Oates, Darlene Love, Wanda Jackson and Mavis Staples, as well as Cyndi Lauper, Chuck Jackson, and Curt Smith.
This educational program features a week-long series and an evening concert dedicated to an Annual Music Master. The fall event honors artists whose careers have had a significant influence on the birth of rock and roll and its ongoing evolution.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum also holds several exhibit openings and smaller, more intimate fundraising events throughout the year.
