Main Exhibit Hall - Cities and Sounds, Rave On: Rock and Roll’s Early Years “Carol” was released as a single in 1958 and reached Number 18 on the charts. It was later recorded by the Rolling Stones and released on their first album, The Rolling Stones (England’s Newest Hitmakers), in 1964. "School Day" was released in 1957 and reached Number Three. These are Berry’s original handwritten lyrics.
