Break the mold of past events and host an unforgettable evening at the world’s only Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Whether you are planning a company networking event, a formal dinner party or wedding reception, we guarantee your guests have never experienced a venue like this, and it is one they will never forget. Designed by the world-renowned architect I.M. Pei, our glass monument to the history of rock and roll presents a stunning harbor-side sweep of the city and lake front and soars 160 feet above Lake Erie.

Rock Star Rental

This rental package includes use of the entire Museum, with seven floors of exhibit space and two areas for mingling and dining that will be open to your guests exclusively.
The view will get your guests in the party spirit faster than a twist and shout on the dance floor, making them feel like true stars. We suggest hosting a cocktail reception on our Lower Lobby level and then a sit-down or buffet dinner on our Plaza level, the main entrance to the Museum. The Rock Star Rental is available from Thursday through Tuesday, Labor Day through Memorial Day after the Museum’s public hours. Saturdays are NOT available from Memorial Day through Labor Day due to summer hours.

Lights, Camera, Action! Rental

Your guests will receive the red carpet treatment as they gather in our Café or Ground Lobby level, both of which offer breathtaking views of Lake Erie. Guests can enjoy delicious food and refreshing beverages in these private spaces, where they’ll have a total sensory experience as they tour the Museum exhibits that cover decades of rock and roll. This package is available on Wednesdays from 5pm until 9pm and Saturdays (Memorial Day through Labor Day) from 5pm until 9pm.

Meet to the Beat Rental

Schedule your business meeting for up to 20 people in a private conference room right outside of the Hall of Fame. Host a lunch and then tour the Museum for an exciting twist to an ordinary gathering. Available Monday through Sunday year-round during the Museum’s regular hours.

Rock Around the Clock Meeting Space

The Foster Theater is a perfect setting for a presentation or a lecture, with a main stage and stadium seating that can accommodate up to 164 people. The theater is available for rental prior to the Museum’s public hours and is equipped to fill all of your audio/visual presentation needs.

Breakfast with the Stars

As a complement to a Foster Theater rental, start the morning off right and host a breakfast in the Café. Our Café is located just one floor below the theatre and is a wonderful way for guests to gather and network before your presentation. The Café is available Monday through Sunday year-round prior to the Museum’s public hours.

Executive Caterers’ quality, creativity, diverse menu selection and professionalism have earned a superb reputation and one we trust. Please note that Executive Caterers is, at all times, the sole provider of alcoholic beverages at the Museum’s facility. (Note that alcoholic beverage service will end 15 minutes prior to the end time of the event.)
