2013 Hall Pass includes discounted admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. You can discover rock and roll legends and be part of the action with the greats of pro football all in one trip to the Northeast Ohio area. Purchase your Hall Pass at the box office of either attraction. The Passes are not available in advance. You can use the passes on the same day or on different days. The 2013 Hall Pass is valid through December 31st, 2013.

Two-day passes are available through the Museum’s box office. Passes are $33 for adults, $25 for seniors and $20 for children. Passes are good for two consecutive days only. Full Year VIP Pass starts at $50.

Show a valid military ID and save $5 off a regular adult admission ticket. Military Discount is good for all U.S. Active Duty (including all National Guard & Reservists) and retired military service members.

1. How far in advance do I need to purchase tickets to tour the Museum?
You do not need to purchase tickets in advance to tour the Museum. Purchasing tickets in advance with the print at home option will allow you, however, to bypass any ticketing lines and begin your tour immediately upon your arrival.
2. Do I need to specify the exact day & time that I wish to tour the Museum when purchasing tickets online?
When purchasing tickets online you will need to specify the date you’d like to use the tickets but not the time. Once purchased, tickets will be valid from the day you specify and beyond but NOT prior to the day you’ve selected.
3. If I purchase tickets online and am unable to use them how can I receive a refund?
The Museum does not issue refunds for tickets purchased online or in person. If you’re unable to use the tickets for the day you’ve purchased and would like to visit the Museum earlier than you anticipated you can exchange your tickets at our Box Office. Your tickets are valid anytime after the date you originally selected and you do NOT need to exchange them if you plan to arrive later.
4. Can I purchase youth, senior and other discounted tickets and packages online?
Only Adult General Admission tickets are available for purchase online. You can purchase Adult, Youth, Senior, Military and Package tickets at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s Box Office which is open during regular Museum operating hours.
5. What are my delivery options for tickets I’ve purchased online?
Your tickets can be held for you at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum at the Box Office’s Will call window or you can choose the “Print At Home” option. When picking up your tickets at Will Call, please be certain to bring either a photo ID or the credit card that you used to purchase them.
6. When do the tickets I’ve purchased online expire?
Unused General Admission tickets will always be honored. They are valid beginning on the date that you selected when purchasing them. Tickets purchased for special events are only valid on the date of the event.
7. If my tickets that I’ve purchased online becomes lost, stolen or destroyed can the Museum replace them? What is the process?
If the tickets are for your own personal use, simply bring your photo ID to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Box Office and our Staff will be able to print new tickets for you. If you’ve purchased tickets for someone else and they have been lost, stolen or destroyed you’ll need to either reprint them from your account or bring your photo ID to the Rock Hall Box Office and our Staff will be able to print new tickets for you to re-distribute. Please note: our Staff can only reprint tickets for a visitor that has the corresponding photo id/credit card that purchased them.
8. Can I purchase tickets online for my group of 20 or more?
No; if you are interested in purchasing tickets for your group please contact our Group Sales Department at (216) 515-1228 for more information. Reservations and advanced payment are required.
9. I selected the “Print At Home” delivery method and am unable to print tickets. What can I do?
If the tickets are for your own personal use, simply bring your photo ID to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Box Office and our Staff will be able to print new tickets for you. If you’ve purchased tickets for someone else and are unable to print at home you’ll need to bring your photo ID to the Rock Hall Box Office and our Staff will be able to print them for you. Please note: our staff can only print tickets for a visitor that has the corresponding photo id/credit card that purchased them.
10. I received a pre-sale code for an upcoming event; how do I use it to purchase tickets?
When purchasing tickets online for the event, enter the pre-sale code that you received in the “Promotional Code” box.
11.What can I do if I need to change the date on my tickets that I’d like to tour the Museum?
Your tickets will become valid on the date that you select while purchasing them. If you’d like to tour the Museum earlier than the date you’ve selected, bring your tickets to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s Box Office and a member of our team can exchange them for you.
