Group Tours
We gladly welcome groups on all days that the Museum is open to the public. All groups must reserve their tickets in advance to receive group rates and benefits. Please make your reservation at least 45 days prior to arrival by contacting the Group Sales Department at 216.515.1228 or click here to make a reservation online. Group Rates
- Adults (Age 19-64) - $16.75
- Seniors (65+) - $14.35
- Students/Youth (9-18) - $11.35
- Cleveland Metropolitan School District Students (9-18) - FREE
- Students/Youth (8 and under) - FREE
(Rates subject to change.)
(Chaperones are required and are provided complimentary admission at a 1:10 ratio. All bus drivers and tour directors receive complimentary admission.)
Payment
Final payment is due fifteen (15) business days prior to the group’s arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum will provide a full refund for group cancellations only, provided that written notice of the cancellation (with receipt of confirmation) is received at least ten (10) business days prior to your group’s reservation date. Under NO circumstances will the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum provide a partial refund for non-attendance OR for written notices of cancellation received less than ten (10) days prior to your groups reservation date.
Length of Stay
- Adults - 3 to 3-1/2 hours
- Students/Youth/Seniors - 2 to 2-1/2 hours
This recommended length of stay aims to provide your group ample time to view the entire Museum.

Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, a Women in Rock scavenger hunt and special patch. Leaders and co-leaders receive FREE admission at a 1:10 ratio. Girl Scouts pay $11.35 per person to tour and $2.25 for the patch. This package is available to groups of 10 or more people.

2nd Annual Girl Scouts Day at the
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum - $18 per person
Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 10am - 3pm
Bring your Girl Scouts to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to experience how girls rock! Learn about the Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, the Marvelletes, Janis Joplin, Ma Rainey, Grace Slick, Aretha Franklin and Patti Smith just to name a few. The day will include self-guided and guided tours of the Rock Hall, a DJ keeping the girls dancing and singing throughout the day, educational programs that focus on women in rock, a scavenger hunt, craft stations and more. Girl Scouts will receive a special patch as well. Lunch is included in the price with a choice of a hot dog or pizza along with a drink and chips. Boy Scouts

Boy Scouts pay $11.35 per person to tour and $2.25 for the patch. This package is available to groups of 10 or more people.
Let the Good Times Roll
Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and a meal from the “Let the Good Times Roll” menu at Fat Fish Blue from $27.35-$40.75 per person. This package is available to groups of 20 or more.
Science Rocks
Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, a special discount card for the Museum Store, presented by FYE at the Rock Hall, and admission to the Great Lakes Science Center from $16.85-$29.25 per person. This package is available to groups of 10 or more.
Hall of Fame Connection
Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, a special discount card for The Museum Store, presented by FYE at the Rock Hall, admission to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and a special discount to the Museum Store featuring merchandise from all 32 NFL Teams from $22.35 - $30.75 per person. Cleveland Rocks...and Bowls
Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and The Corner Alley from $26.60 - $37.50. This package is available to groups of 15 or more.
Ultimate Rock and Roll
Includes: Admission to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and a meal from the Gold menu at the Hard Rock Café Cleveland from $26.35 - $31.75 per person. This package is available to groups of 15 or more.
