Membership

Greet Museum guests and answer general questions about membership benefits and the Museum.  We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and strong inter-personal skills, sales experience and the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to unusual questions helpful. Needed during Museum hours Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  A docent is a volunteer who is specially trained to conduct interpretive tours of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum for visitors of all ages.
