Reception Desk

Assist callers with general museum information. Answer and route incoming calls. Greet visitors. Assist other departments when necessary. Volunteers needed Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

  A docent is a volunteer who is specially trained to conduct interpretive tours of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum for visitors of all ages.
