Class of 2019 Exhibit

now open through march 2020

The exhibit highlights this year’s class and their impact on music history by showcasing  many iconic items that span the careers of these legends. Items featured in the exhibit represent all of the new Inductees. Housed inside the Hall of Fame, the newest Inductee signatures can be found on the same level.

Selected artifacts inside the exhibit include:

  • Lol Tolhurst of The Cure jumpsuit from the music video "Let's Go to Bed"
  • Onstage costumes from Def Leppard including a Union Jack tank top and shorts set worn by Rick Allen and red plaid suit worn by Joe Elliott
  • Ibanez Destroyer Guitar used by Phil Collen
  • "Rhythm Nation" music video outfit worn by Janet Jackson
  • Tambourine featured on the cover of Stevie Nicks' debut solo album, Bella Donna
  • Dress from "The Sorcerer" music video worn by Stevie Nicks
  • Various props from the "Burn the Witch" Radiohead music video
  • Stage outfits from Bryan Ferry, Phil Manzanera and Andy Mackay
  • The original artwork by Terry Quirk of The Zombies album cover Odessey & Oracle
  • Colin Blunstone cream wool sweater worn while recording in Abbey Road studios
