CLE VIP Ticket Program
City of Cleveland residents can become a CLE VIP and visit for free
On June 23, 2018, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and KeyBank announced details about the Rock Hall’s $10 million historic gift from the KeyBank Foundation, revealing a new CLE VIP ticket program with free admission to the Museum for residents currently residing inside the City of Cleveland limits.
Ticketing for this program will be at the Box Office only and will not be available online. Residents of the City of Cleveland must show proof of residency such as a driver’s license, state ID, or photo ID with City of Cleveland addressed utility bill or similar correspondence at the Rock Hall box office to redeem a CLE VIP ticket and a voucher for one free fountain drink.
- Children under 18 without an ID may gain entrance with their parent or guardian.
- Limited to five minors (without ID) per one adult admission.
- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- This offer is valid one per person per day.
- Excludes special events.
The CLE VIP program will kick off on Saturday, June 23, 2018 and will run every day of the year.

Residents of Northeast Ohio (zip codes 440-443) who live outside the City of Cleveland can take advantage of our Northeast Ohio discount. This discount offers $5 off general admission - this discount can be redeemed at the Box Office with a valid ID.
