On the Road: Interactive Videoconferencing

There are exciting changes happening in Rock Hall education!

As the Rock Hall enters its 20th year, we look forward to helping you inspire your classrooms in NEW WAYS through the power of rock and roll.  To better serve the needs of classrooms around the country - and around the world - we are creating opportunities through online learning and digital education.

This move to digital education does mean some changes.  Beginning March 31, 2015, we will no longer offer On the Road programs delivered through interactive videoconferencing. Interactive videoconferencing allowed us to connect to students in ways we never thought possible and we are proud that these programs were among some of the most effective in the country.  We are confident that you will continue to find great value in our new digital education platform. This is the beginning of a great new chapter.

You can access the first phase of this digital classroom right now right here. Learn more about the early years of rock and roll in the 1950s and discover ways you can bring that history into your classroom, including lesson plans, listening guides, and exclusive content.

We want to hear from you. We invite you to explore and give us your feedback.  How did you use the materials and how did your students respond?

We're just getting started.
