Kids Film It Festival
The Kids Film It Festival started with a vision that 12-year-old Ryan Levine had.
Ryan’s dream was to find a way to pair his passion for movies with a philanthropic cause that hit very close to home for his family – Parkinson’s Research.
He decided to create a festival to showcase films created by kids. All proceeds from the festival go to The Michael J. Fox Foundation to benefit Parkinson’s Research. The first ever International Kids Film It Festival was held in Cleveland, Ohio at the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. People from more than 97 countries visited the festival and more than $32,000 was raised for Parkinson’s Research.
Where applicable, 3 finalists will be chosen in each category in each age group. There will be one winner for each age group in each category. Each winner will receive either a GoPro camera or $500 gift card to BEST BUY!
