Director of Digital Marketing & Sales

 

The nation’s foremost music museum, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame seeks a Director of Digital Marketing & Sales to join our dynamic team to drive growth and revenue. The Director collaborates with our content experts across the entire organization to drive growth and revenue across multiple channels—social, web, email, paid search, and beyond. Most work will leverage the museum’s extensive internal resources and contacts including Inductees, music companies, and media collaborators, as well as our in-house Content Marketing team and user generated content. 

The Director is responsible for actively managing owned and paid media channels, building and engaging our audience, compelling fans to visit the Museum and attend physical and virtual events, shop our ecommerce and retail stores, join us as a member, and engage with us digitally. Solution focused and forward thinking, the Director measures performance, shares learnings, and recommends and executes actions to take to continuously optimize campaigns and results. The Director manages the growth and development of one direct report and effective relationships with several external agency partners.
