Ricky Byrd

From Rock and Roll to Recovery and All Points in-between. Ricky Byrd is more than grateful for his music career which includes being inducted into the Rock Hall in 2015 with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts. After 2 decades of one long party "It was time" says Ricky. For the past 6 years Ricky has combined his music and sobriety by leading recovery music groups at treatment facilities across the country. This led to his 2017 cd release "Clean Getaway", a collection of 12 songs evoking the intricacies and emotions behind addiction and recovery. Since it's release Ricky has given away over 2000 copies to the clients he plays to in treatment hoping the songs help those struggling with addiction.
