
2022 High School Rock Off
Live Nation and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame are proud to announce the 25th Annual Tri-C® High School Rock Off will feature 30 incredibly talented attractions.
Due to current health concerns, The Rock Off will be moved to Saturdays in March. The three performance rounds will take place March 5, 12 and 19 at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, all leading up to The Final Exam on Saturday, March 26, where the 2022 “Best Band in The Land” will be awarded by music and entertainment industry judges.

Congratulations to our 2022 Tri-C High School Rock Off winners! A night packed with so much talent it was overflowing and all bands were incredible.
1st - Seeing Scarlet (Avon Lake, Sandusky, Huron)
2nd - RRRIOT! (North Olmsted, Bay Village, Ohio Connections Academy)
3rd - Psycho Fuzz (University, Hudson, Shaker Heights)

Tickets for the semi-final performance rounds are $10 and include admission to the Rock Hall the night of the event.
Digital tickets for The Final Exam will be $12.
There will be no printed tickets for either semi-final rounds or The Final Exam.

Bands selected will play a 15-minute set during the Rock Off semifinal rounds at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. During each of the Rock Off rounds, three bands will be selected by a panel of judges to move on to “The Final Exam.”
All finalists will record one original song at Tri-C’s Gill and Tommy LiPuma Center for Creative Arts, which will be produced by Jim Stewart Recording and students from Tri-C’s Recording Arts program. These songs will be available as free downloads at the time of The Final Exam.
The winning band will receive $1,000 cash and $250 for their high school music program.
Second place will receive $250 cash and $100 for their high school music program and third place will receive $100 cash.

The annual battle of the high school bands and musicians is presented by Live Nation, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), Scene Magazine, Fox 8, 96.5 KISS FM, 100.7 WMMS, The Real 106.1 and iHeart Media.
