Cleveland has buses, light rail systems and even free trolleys serving visitors. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is your source for information, schedules and maps.

Light Rail

The Waterfront Line, an extension of the Green and Blue Lines, is the closest light rail branch to the Rock Hall, and operates every 15 minutes.

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 6:30 a.m.-midnight
Weekends & holidays: 9 a.m.-midnight

Exit at the E. 9th/North Coast Rapid Station stop and walk north to reach the Rock Hall. The W. 3 (Stadium) Rapid Station stop also drops visitors off within walking distance of the building. Visitors can also park at the Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot and catch the Waterfront Line at the South Harbor Rapid Station.

Trolley

The free NineTwelve Trolley runs between the Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot and the heart of downtown Cleveland—and travels right up East 9th Street near the Rock Hall in the process. These trolleys run every 15 minutes from Monday-Friday between 5:30 and 9 a.m., and 2:45 to 6 p.m.
